Designed as a 200,000 sf hybrid warehouse/manufacturing building with loading docks, attached to a 192,000 sf office building, the facility’s construction will begin this year and is slated for completion in 2022. This facility will house engineering, manufacturing, laboratory, and office space for more than 1,400 employees. The project supports their design, development, and manufacturing of radio frequency and electro-optical/infrared countermeasure systems, while prioritizing attracting and retaining talent.
