Located at the intersection of 2nd St. and Nueces St. in the Green Water Redevelopment area of downtown Austin TX, Block 185 is a 35-story, approximately 600 foot tall High-Rise Office tower with an iconic envelope designed to capitalize on views both to and from the site. The project accommodates approximately 930,000 GSF of office space, 1,400 parking stalls in above and below-grade structured parking, plus a ground floor lobby, creekside tenant amenity space, and approximately 6,000 GSF of retail tenant space along 2nd and Nueces streets. In addition to a large boardwalk along Shoal Creek for tenant and public use, office tenants will have access to 5 elevated amenity decks, each with a large South-facing outdoor terrace, coupled with smaller view balconies on each floor.
