Texas County & District Retirement System (TCDRS) modernized their offices located in Barton Creek Greenbelt to take them into the next twenty plus years. They addressed their future needs through the adoption of a more hybrid work style with a highly collaborative dynamic that better supports their central mission to service their clients.

The longevity and stability of the organization is inherent in the design solution. TCDRS’ stakeholders, employees, clients, and investors, will experience the foundational strength of the organization throughout the spaces through architectural elements, the selections of materials and finishes, and the furnishings. By pulling inspiration from the surrounding Greenbelt and the amazing downtown views, the design reinforces a connection to the city of Austin, Capital of Texas.
